What Types of Plywood Can I Cut on the CNC Router?

• Baltic Birch / Void Free Core
  • Strongly recommended. Provides the most reliable machining results.

• Sanded / Cabinet Grade Plywood (AC, BC, etc.)
  • Suitable for furniture and visible components.

• Construction Grade Plywood (CDX / Sheathing)
  • Structural or non-finish applications only. Expect surface defects, internal voids, and thickness variability. Warped or twisted sheets may be rejected if they cannot be safely secured.
